Standard Limited Product Warranty

THIS WARRANTY IS FOR THE ORIGINAL CUSTOMER AND IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.  Apples-R-Us (ARU), a marketing representitive for parent company Sierria Circuit Repair, Inc. (SCR) warrants to our customers that the products we sell shall be free from defects, unless otherwise stated at time of sale, for the period of 30 days from the date the customer receives the product.

Standard Limited Repair Service Warranty

THIS WARRANTY IS FOR THE ORIGINAL CUSTOMER AND IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.  SCR warrants to our customers that all REPAIR SERVICES we perform shall be free from defects, for the period of 180 days (six months) from the date the customer receives the product.

Warranty Procedure for Both Product AND Repair Services


During the warranty period for either product sales or repair services SCR will correct any defects and/or failure of the item to conform to the description of the item at the time of sale/repair.  Warranty repairs will be performed at the SCR repair facility in Chico, California or at a designated SCR Service Center, whichever is deemed most cost-effective by SCR.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning product for repair and SCR will pay return shipping costs back to the customer. 

The customer is responsible for using original or comparable packaging and insurance and customer is liable for any damage which may occur in return shipping.  Any Replacement Parts shall be new or serviceably used, and are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty or fifteen (15) days from the date the customer receives the repaired product back, whichever is longer.  This warranty period is not extended as a result of purchasing any additional parts/products from SCR or upgrading a SCR product.  The customer must promptly notify SCR if there is a defect in material or workmanship.  SCR must receive notice of all events before expiration of the warranty period.

Return Policy

If refund is warranted, SCR will not include any return shipping or handling charges but will include the original shipping charges to customer.  If the products/services were purchased from SCR under a written agreement or contract with SCR there may be different terms for the return of products under said policy. 

To return products please download our RMA Request Form and complete the form, you will need the following information:

1.  Original Order Number
2.  Quantity Purchased
3.  Part Number
4.  Serial Number (if applicable)
5.  Reason for Return

Products must be returned to SCR in their original packaging (or comparable packaging).  This return policy is for defective or malfunctioning products only, if your product is returned for any other reason the customer is subject to a 20% restocking fee and is responsible for original shipping fees as well as return shipping fees.  IMPORTANT:  If all of the above information is not included in the RMA form the RMA will NOT be issued until we have all the information, if the RMA number is not written on the outside of the box the shipment will be rejected in receiving and returned to sender at their expense.

Terms of Limited Warranties

Any claims under the Limited Warranty or 30-day Replacement Parts Limited Warranty must be made before the end of the applicable warranty period.  During such period, SCR will, at its option, repair or replace any part covered by the Limited Warranty or the 30-day Replacement Parts Limited Warranty which is determined by SCR to be defective in materials or workmanship; or provide refund, whichever SCR determines is appropriate.

The Limited Warranty and the 30-day Replacement Parts Limited Warranty cover only hardware defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, use of incompatible devices or accessories, improper or insufficient ventilation, acts of nature or improper installation.  Repairs necessitated by software problems or repairs made by anyone other than a SCR authorized third-party service provider or the purchaser without the assistance of technical support from SCR will render the warranty null and void.  If any "Warranty Void" stickers are removed this warranty is null and void and we will not accept returns.

Warranty Limitations

The warranties set forth herein provide the customer specific legal rights. The customer may have other rights, which vary from state to state and this warranty is governed by the law applicable in the state of California.  In no event shall SCR be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages caused by said product. No variation or exception in the terms stated herein can be made without the written authorization of SCR.  These limited warranties apply to all of SCR customers worldwide.
